1, Q: Can you manufacture the metal product as per my samples without drawings?
A: We need Reverse Engineering as per your submitted sample, then produce it. But the RE cost will charge extra.
2,Q: Can you do surface treatment for the metal part?
A: We have long-term cooperation supplier for doing surface treatment on metal parts, only if you submit the samples or pictures and requirement, our suppliers can make it.
3. Q: What information need I provided to you before quote?
A: Please provide the following inforation: raw materil, surface treatment, PDF or 3D drawing, MOQ, destination of delivery.
